Welcome to Neighbo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neighbo app, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Neighbo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By using Neighbo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Neighbo connects users with local businesses, allowing them to browse, shop, place pickup or delivery orders, and interact with neighborhood vendors. Neighbo does not manufacture or sell products; rather, we facilitate transactions between merchants and customers.
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Neighbo provides a platform for users to place orders from participating local merchants. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are determined by the merchants. Order fulfillment timelines (including pickup and delivery times) are estimates and may vary.
Users may be charged applicable service fees, taxes, and delivery charges. All payments are processed securely. By placing an order, you authorize Neighbo and its payment partners to charge your provided payment method.

Neighbo is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products listed by merchants. Any issues with products, services, or transactions should be directed to the merchant. Neighbo may assist in facilitating resolutions but does not guarantee outcomes.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Neighbo are owned or licensed by Neighbo. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Neighbo at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. You may also close your account at any time.
Neighbo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Neighbo disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neighbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neighbo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or other means. Continued use of Neighbo after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
